Easter Weekend

Saturday we went over to Uncle Tim and Aunt Jessi's house to color Easter eggs. In the meantime the Easter bunny had realized someone had stolen a few of his eggs. Since we were in the middle of coloring eggs he assumed the kids had stolen them. So he booked each one of them for thievery. As you can tell on their faces they were not happy about the sudden assumption. In order to get out they had to post bond. The bond was fairly reasonable so it was not a problem. After great investigation they were proven innocent and were able to resume the egg coloring fun!

Can't you tell we were at a Dean household? You have to make it as interesting as possible. The kids could hardly keep from laughing as we did the line up. The parents had just as much fun with it all. We will post the pics from the egg coloring later. By the way Robert and I have made sure the kids understand that the Easter Bunny is not real but we still have fun. They can tell you the true meaning of Easter.

Anyway, we had a most enjoyable Easter. We had a brunch at church followed by an amazing Easter service. The church was full. It was a blessing to see so many people at church celebrating the Resurrection our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
